Overview:


Baker Hughesis seeking a Senior Benefits Specialists to support its Corporate Benefits Department located at 3900 Essex Lane in Houston, Texas. The position reports to the Health & Welfare Benefits Manager and will assist with the daily administration and delivery of the company's Health and Welfare benefit plans. Plans include medical, dental, prescription drug, vision, flexible spending accounts, Health Savings Account, life and AD&D, disability, Employee Assistance Program, business travel accident, and wellness programs.

* Manage vendor relationships to ensure administration accuracy, strong plan performance, regulatory compliance and cost containment





* Provide leadership and development to direct reports
