Bilingual (English/Spanish) Collections Specialist

TASKS:

Handle incoming and outgoing collections (on the phone & in person) in a professional manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Receive and process payments.
General office duties as required.

SKILLS:

Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
Minimum one year office experience.
Detail and multi-task oriented.
Experience with collections/accounts payable.
Proficient with computers- MS Office.
