Praxair Electronics (PE), a global $600+ million division of Praxair, Inc., is a supplier of gases, materials, equipment, and services to the semiconductor industry. We are currently seeking a Billing Administrator in ORANGEBURG, NY.


Responsibilities:

?Ensure that company receivables are billed efficiently, with a sense of urgency, and accurately.
?Support the company collections initiative by proactively billing all products shipped.
?Work collaboratively with all internal and external customers, in order to, increase communication, adhere to process and deliver results.
?Support projects related to improving and maintaining AR performance targets.
?Reconcile all invoices generated on a daily/weekly basis between the Computers Unlimited and JDE Systems.
?Manage reconciliation of customer accounts, as requested.
?Report daily revenue totals to Management.
?Ensure that all consignment accounts are billed in a timely manner.
?Oracle invoices ?generate invoices and credit memos daily.
?Run shipment verses billed reports on a daily basis for all businesses.
?For Intel and IBM, reconcile all accounts receivable invoices to purchase order number and amount for applicable business units.
?Proactively manage daily billing requirements.
?Ensure that invoices match customer?s price, purchase order and terms.
?Month-End -confirm that all invoices are processed before the month end cut-off and reconciled to the General Ledger.
?Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.

To qualify, you must have 3-5 years working in a Billing or Finance related field and a Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
