Billing Assistant

The Washington, D.C. Office of Dewey Ballantine LLP has a position open to join a terrific finance team. Job responsibilities include back-up to the Billing Coordinator processing monthly and demand bills; audit letter inquiries; billing files; A/R daily; expense reports, petty cash and DTE tracking. A minimum of three years billing and accounting experience, preferably in a law firm environment.

Proficiency with MS Word and Excel is required. The successful candidate will be detail oriented and organized with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
