Billing Clerk

We are looking for organized, self-motivated, aggressive individuals for an opening in our billing department.

Fast and accurate 10 key skills are required. Successful candidate must have strong analytical and problem solving skills as the billing process is NOT simply data entry. Accounting knowledge preferred.

In this position you will be responsible for billing several hundred invoices a week, obtaining information from outside vendors, responding to internal requests, filing, faxing and copying as required.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM with occasional overtime as needed, especially at month end.

Pay is based on experience. We offer a monthly bonus and full benefits including 401k with matching.
