Billing Lead

Summary:

The Billing Lead participates in and leads a staff in the preparation of government contract invoices and the reconciliation of unbilled receivables.

Specific Duties:

* Ensures that invoices are prepared accurately and in a timely manner
* Ensures that staff adhere to policies and procedures
* Reviews and posts invoices
* Providesmonthly unbilled reconciliation analyisis
* Follows-up with internal/external personnel on outstanding issues that affects billing

Requirements:

Bachelor?s degree in Accounting and a minimum of 2 years government billing experience required.

Additional Requirements:

* Familiarity with common Government Contract types
* Exceptional analytical skills and detail-orientation
* Ability to prioritize work to ensure deadlines are meet
* US Citizenship required

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

* Experience with Deltek Costpoint and Impromptu desired
* Familiarity with Wide Area Work Flow desired
