Billing Specialist/Office Assistant

We are a rapidly growing application service provider conveniently located on Route 128 in Waltham, MA. 

 

We are currently searching for a Billing Specialist/Office Assistant.  In this role your primary responsibility will be assisting with the billing, cash application and collections functions. Additionally, you will be responsible for general office management for a team of approximately 40 employees.


 

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to support in the following areas:



- Full cycle accounts receivable processing

- Assistant to Chief Executive Officer and management team

- Reception and incoming calls

- Manage office and equipment maintenance

- Office supply ordering and receiving

- Mail and overnight shipping

Requirements:



Minimum of three years experience with billing and collections in a high volume environment

Experience in general office management

Experience supporting executives in a professional setting

Software skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and MS Outlook; QuickBooks preferred

Exposure to accounting functions

College degree is preferred
