About the Position

 

This full-time position will be based in our corporate office in Rosemont, IL. The person in this role will be responsible for invoicing, contract management and doing special projects for the billing and collections supervisor.  The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with strong organizational skills, have the ability to multi task and work with little supervision.  Also, strong communication skills (verbal and written) and having the ability to prioritize tasks are essential to be successful in this role. 


Requirements:

 
Bachelor's degree (Accounting degree strongly preferred)
Knowledge of Oracle and /or other ERP environment
ADVANCED EXCEL SKILLS (should know IF nesting statements, vlookups etc.)  
Excellent written and oral communication skills
At least 2 years billing / accounting experience
Ability to analysis G/L accounts and do account reconciliations
Flexibility to work extra hours during period-end close
