Bookkeeper/Human Resources Assistant

 

OneRain?s mission is to provide high quality information regarding rainfall and its consequences to customers with high value applications in flood warning, water resource management, storm water, hydroelectric and collection system environments. OneRain is seeking a Bookkeeper/HR Assistant who will report to the Director of Finance and Administration.  The person in this role will be responsible for daily, full charge bookkeeping, assistance with HR processes and procedures, contract support and general administrative duties.

 

The ideal candidate is someone who is capable of completing all aspects of general accounting procedures for the company, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, time accounting, bank reconciliation and tax reporting.  The ideal candidate will also have the ability to perform some financial analysis, assist with various HR functions, discern and treat confidential information appropriately, and assist in proposal and contract review and administration. 

 

A bachelor?s degree from a four-year college or university, or four or more years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required, along with a solid bookkeeping/accounting background and some HR and benefit administration experience.
