Bookkeeper - Accounting Administrator

EnviroNet Systems, LLC http://www.environetsystems.com is a Manhattan based engineering services company and has an opening for accounting administrator with construction accounting experience.  We are a leader in temperature control and building automation systems serving the New York Metropolitan Area.

We are looking for a positive, organized person with professional attitude.  The position requires the person to be responsible for all aspects of accounting department.  The person will report directly to the president. 

Responsibilities include AP, AR, GL, Payroll, Job Cost, month and year-end; employee benefit administration, contract administration and collections.  Timberline experience is a plus.

Candidates must have:

?  College degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience

?  Minimum of five years experience in construction industry accounting

?Proficiency in preparing WIP schedules, year end closings, certified payroll and job cost reports

?  Worked with computer financial accounting programs as well as have a mastery of Microsoft Excel and Word.
