Bookkeeper / Executive Assistant / Office Manager, part time

You must be bright, articulate, enthusiastic, responsible, and willing to work hard in a fast passed environment. There is a high degree of responsibility and substantial long term opportunity for growth within the organization for the right candidate.

Duties:

? Executive support of 3 principals
? Office management
? Bookkeeping including AR/AP and bank account reconciliations
? Incoming calls
? Customer service
? Travel arrangements (domestic and international)
? Record-keeping and filing
? Clerical/data entry

Qualifications:

? Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
? Excellent organizational ability
? Familiar with bookkeeping and general accounting (2+ years experience preferable)
? Working knowledge, understanding and experience with Quick Books Pro
? Firm command MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
? Ability to multi-task & meet deadlines
? Work well with minimal supervision
