Bookkeeper - Experience Required

Experienced bookkeeper needed on full-time basis.  Must have working knowledge of PeachTree Accounting Software and GoldMine Contact Management Software -- also must possess strong 10-key and typing skills. 

 

Responsibilities include: maintaining customers making quotes receipt of checks converting quotes to invoices making purchase orders purchase and receiving inventory payroll of employees payroll of subcontractors payroll of sales persons (commissions) ordering of custom-made product using proprietary software (will train)answering phone and booking appointments as needed (overflow from other office support staff)accounts receivable accounts payable bank deposits account reconciliation inventory tracking / adjustments in PTP and L Statementsexecutive assistant as needed

 

Hours are from 7:30 to 4:30 M-F.  One must be attentive to detail and willing to follow company protocol.  One must be reliable and have a professional demeanor.

 

This is for an approximately 7 million dollar construction-related company.

 

Salary will range from $20,000 to $28,000 based on skill and experience level.  Full health and dental benefits included, as is 401k program.
