Our client is searching for a full-time Bookkeeper!
As a Full Charge Bookkeeper you will be responsible for the overall auditing, budgeting and planning of the financial growth of the business. Also, as the Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for the development and progress of accounting procedures to perform maximum efficiency and future growth.
? Budgeting
? Planning
? Expense Control
? Perform audit of company expenses to cut costs and streamline. Review monthly.
? Develop & maintain the accounting system to perform optimum efficiency to streamline bookkeeping functions when necessary.
? Prepare monthly financial statements
? Maintain General Ledger
? Accounts Payable functions
? Communication with vendors/factors regarding terms, discounts, statements
? Maintain Loan payment schedules
? Monthly Bank Reconciliation (all accounts)
? Journal entries as needed
? Preparation and submission of monthly sales tax
? Maintain checkbooks
? Cash proof auditing
? Payroll functions
? Monthly Sales Projections
? Credit Card charge backs
? Quarterly & Semi annually reports to CPA
? Strong and clear communication with Office Administrator?s and Operator
