Bookkeeper/ Office Manager

Importer and wholesaler of high end stones used for Kitchen tops and Bathroom tiles seeks an office manager to oversee all office and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be a self starter who would able to work independantly. Person must be a problem solver,able to multiask and work in fast paced enviroment. Candidate with heavy inventory experience a plus. Duties include Heavy invoicing, Cash applications, Heavy collections, Petty cash reconciliations, General ledger, Journal entries, Travel and expense reimbursemnts, Order office supplies, Heavy inventory analysis, Prepare new hire paper work and assist with recruiting warehouse staff.
