Bookkeeper / Office Manager
Electronic component distributor has an immediate opening for a bright, responsible person for a fast paced and diverse position.
Must be self directed, detail oriented, organized, able to multi task and quickly learn a new inventory management / accounting system (Pentagon 2000 SQL).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Posting and processing Acounts Receivables and Payables, invoicing, collections, posting cash receipts, AP check runs, inventory control, overseeing order processing, processing customer and vendor returns, troubleshooting and various office support functions.
We do not need a full charge bookkeeper however we do need someone with accounting knowledge and understanding of General Ledger.
We are a small company. We offer benefits. This is a comfortable environment to work in.
Applicant must be available to start immediately and have their own reliable transportation. Experience in a heavy transaction environment performing most of the tasks listed above is required.
* Candidate must be a US citzen due to US govt. ITAR regulations
