Title: Bookkeeping Clerk

Reports To: Bookkeeping Supervisor

Status: Full Time - Hourly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

? Number checks that come in from debtors

? Process direct checks

? Research problems

? Process checks via check 21 (deposit of paper checks electronically)

? Post payments

Qualifications/requirements:

? Ability to multi-task

? Possess solid numeric entry skills (speed and accuracy)

? Possess good computer skills

? Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

? Be detail-oriented

? Ability to work some overtime especially at month end

Education/Training/Experience:

? High school diploma/equivalent

? Some college a plus

? Bookkeeping and/or clerical experience

Title: Billing Clerk

Reports To: Bookkeeping Manager

Status: Full Time - Hourly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

? Balance billing statements

? Run all billing programs

? Prepare and update spreadsheets

? Provide assistance with billing questions to clients, attorneys and staff

Qualifications/requirements:

? Ability to multi-task

? Possess solid numeric entry skills (speed and accuracy)

? Possess good computer skills

? Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

? Possess intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel

? Be detail-oriented

? Ability to work some overtime especially at month end

Education/Training/Experience:

? High school diploma/equivalent

? Some college a plus

? Bookkeeping and/or billing experience
