Job Description: IMMEDIATE NEED for a TEMPORARY Business Manager/Full Charge Bookkeeper. Primary Responsibilities will be responsible for A/P, A/R, P/R control, J/E's through trial balance and preparation of all month end financial reports. Reports to CEO or the organization. Input and disbursement of all payables, posting of daily store sales, receipt and posting of all accounts receivable. Preparation of bank deposits, monthly reconciliation of all bank accounts. Posting and reconciliation of semi-monthly payroll reports. Maintenance of depreciation schedules in Excel software program. Preparation of monthly billings for current Grant programs. Formulation and posting of month end Journal Entries relative to prepaid expenses, depreciation, etc. Preparation of month end financial statements. Preparation of monthly workers compensation reports, monthly GII reports, preparation of quarterly sales tax returns, preparation of quarterly multiple work site reports for. Preparation of quarterly salvage reports for GII. Work closely with auditors in preparation for year-end financial audit. Preparation and input of annual budget. Apply Today!
