As an Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
Developing a network of accounting professionals who are seeking stronger career positions than they are currently in. This is done through networking, building a referral system, internet research and direct sourcing calls. 
You will also be responsible for the growth and maintenance of strong client relationships with companies throughout the greater Cleveland area, many of which are already developed.
Negotiation skills are a must since you will be working closely with accounting hiring managers to identify appropriate talent and manage the interview/hiring process.
