Property Tax Manager with?6 or more years experience in real property tax laws of various state, local, and municipal jurisdictions for growing National Property Tax practice in Boston.??? Experience with real estate and complex industrial property tax consulting required.? Exposure to valuation assessment for real property tax, property tax appeals, market/business analysis, appraisal reviews, and litigation support for property tax appeals preferred.? Qualified candidates will have exceptional negotiation skills, a commitment to client service and the ability to create solutions to unique challenges.? Excellent leadership abilities required as well as mentoring, counseling and career guidance experience.? B.A. in
Accounting/Finance/Real Estate required.? Advance Degree and Professional accreditations in IPT, MAI, ASA or CMI strongly preferred.
