The ideal Business Process Engineering Specialist will develop and lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall service delivery of Shared Services.

Responsibilities:
*Guide the analysis of existing methods to promote effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, or other methods.
*Develop recommendations for and coordinate changes to business processes ensuring alignment with strategic direction.
*Work with business unit management to set performance targets.
*Develop scorecards and metrics reporting to monitor performance and quality.
*Assist business units with issue detection and resolution, root cause analysis, and customer relationship management.
*Share best practices across project teams and business units.
*Benchmark against peer organizations and drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements
*BS/BA in a related discipline with 8-10 years professional experience, preferably in quality, change management, and/or business process improvement.
*Advanced degree and/or quality industry certifications a plus.
*Must have proficient knowledge of a service business. *Solid understanding of business processes and flowcharting techniques.
*Knowledge of internal controls and audit techniques is a plus.
*Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). *Must be detailed, organized, and possess superior customer service skills.
*Ability to manage relationships and interact with all levels of management.
