Business Analysis Manager

SuperValu Eastern Region is currently looking for a Business Analysis Manager to join their Finance team in the Accounting Department at their Mechanicsville facility.

 

The responsibilities for this position are as follows:

 Work with the Development department on expansion activities for retailers in the region through the formulation of growth plans, retailer proformas and coordination of development proposalsGenerate and analyze proformas for development projects integrating input from other functional departments, including AMD's and Category Management Coordinate the regional screening committee processProvide recommendations and What If analysis to analyze wholesale and retail profitabilityEvaluate the results for accuracy and attainability Perform post-audits of completed projectsAnalyze results and utilize data in future projects Responsible for period tie-out of cost-to-serve and in preparing customer profitability analysisPerform special project analysis for the region as necessary

 

Candidates interested in applying for this position should possess the following criteria:Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance required.MBA or CPA/CMA strongly desired.6+ years of relevant accounting and financial analysis experience.2+ years direct or indirect management experience.Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.PC proficiency in Windows systems, Excel, Word, and AccessExcellent human relations and organizational skills
