Business Analyst (Market Research) - (07-06-008-CH)

This position provides a great opportunity for a candidate with strong analytical and accounting skills to develop a career in online research. The position will report to the EVP of the ViewsNet group, and will be responsible for gathering various market, operational and financial metrics and analyzing them into usable executive summaries for use by Senior Management of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Gather metrics and analyze all areas of the ViewsNet organization;
-Production rates for each functional area
-Error rates in each functional area
-Financial data - recovery, rates, and expense
-Panel data - usage, retention rate, response rate, etc.

o Develop and implement plans for ongoing reports and measurements.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
o Bachelor's degree in statistics or accounting
o Good written and oral communication skills
o Outstanding analytical skills
o Experience in Oracle would be helpful
o Experience in SAS and/or SPSS
o Creative, positive, and proactive nature
o Extremely high level of energy, enthusiasm and commitment to success
o An interest in solving problems.
