Business Consolidations Systems Analyst

The Business Consolidations Systems Analyst directly assists the Corporate Consolidations with issues relating to SAP and other system implementation projects, system trouble shooting, financial accounting and analysis, and other assignments as directed. The person in this role will have experience in general business processes relevant to finance and accounting, general understanding of basic accounting theory, be proficient in Excel as an analytical tool, and have familiarity with system related processes and function.

 

Specific job requirements include:

Design, develop and validate SAP BCS configuration

Consolidate and perform the data monitor tasks in BCS

Maintain and update BCS hierarchy for legal and operational reporting

Design and maintain standardize BEX query reports for FMCNA Corporate Division

Coordinate and support divisional efforts to develop operational BEX query reports

Develop and maintain system reconciliation for legal and operational reporting

Provide special report and analysis for Corporate Consolidations and FMCNA Senior Management as requested

Perform monthly reporting analysis as directed by management

Document and maintain appropriate documentation of all BCS processes and changes

Responsible for all SOX documentation to include control, risk and assessments for Corporate Consolidations

Education:

BA/BS in business related discipline, Accounting or Finance, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems.

 

 Experience and Required Skills:

Minimum of 2 - 3 years of practical experience in an accounting or finance role and a minimum of 2 years experience in an SAP environment.
