Business Controller

Princeton, NJ

The Finance Division is currently seeking a Business Controller to support the Flavor Division.


Responsibilities:Acting as the North American representative of the Corporate Group Controller Team supporting the Flavor Division. Quarterly closing comments and analysis. Budget and Latest Estimates comments and analysis. Disseminating EVA concept and new Corporate Finance policies. Credit and payment terms assessment for all North American Flavor clients. Rebate management for global North American Flavor clients. Providing proactive and direct support to the Business Division Vice Presidents and Managers located in North America. Sales and margin analysis. Support on pricing issues and Client Core lists and/or current rates agreements. Training to Business Managers on basic financial indicators. Ad hoc analysis and presentations for the Flavor business division. Financial analysis on business development projects, including valuation modeling and due diligence.


Requirements: Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years experience in Finance Controlling in an international environment. Corporate finance background essential. Must be customer-oriented with excellent communication skills. Must be a proactive, hands-on manager with the ability to perform well under pressure. Strong analytical skills a must. Strong computer and data management skills required. Advanced knowledge in Excel required, and familiarity with database management tools a plus. Must be fluent in English, French a plus.
