A leadership position supporting the development, financial structuring and risk analysis of solutions for Lexmark?s Distributed Fleet Management (DFM) offering. Interaction with field sales and sales management in transition customer requirements into solutions that meet corporate fiduciary objectives for revenue, profitability and operational requirements.??
The successful candidate will be well rounded with diverse backgrounds in sales, operations, financial planning and pricing and having experience in working in cross-functional teams as a team lead.?? Must be able to review and understand customer requirements, bid packages and requests for proposal as part of solution development, and overall response to customer.? Self starter with minimal supervision as part of cross-functional participation while offering sound guidance and solutions support.
Must have Strong business acumen and capable of developing and presenting a customer facing solution with the formal backing of a business case analysis outlining and evaluating Lexmark?s return on investments.? Must have strong communication and negotiation skills and have the ability to take complex financial and contractual concepts and put them in easy to understand terms for discussion with Sales, Internal stakeholders and Customer facing negotiations.
Key focus in supporting managed services opportunities that include the bundling of hardware, consumables, warranty services, professional services and software services as part of a customer offering, entrenchment and/or growth plan/objective.? Multi-year contract strategy development and business case analysis ownership. Understanding of the outsourcing business model as it relates to providing a Master Agreement and Statement of Work having Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments. Familiarity with subcontracting concepts as it relates to providing goods and/or services in support of the sales strategy.?
Incumbent will face daily, a myriad of customized opportunities with varying time frames and deadlines requiring proper time management skills as well as quality of work inspection characteristics.? Must be able to make/take decision as to prioritizing of workload in the face of multiple pending Customer facing deadlines.??
Ability to work as the key facilitators in the CFT team, whereby responsibility for the deal components (pricing, contracts, operations) rests within that individual?s purview.??
Ability to effectively and concisely communicate in multiple directions (internal, external) ensuring all procedural and approval processes are adhered to before committing Lexmark resources.??

Ability to travel, when needed, to Customer locations in support of proposal presentations or contract negotiations.?

*Primary Responsibilities/Duties.??

-Manages the inter-relationship between sales and sales support administration required for solution design, pricing, contract and business case development.????
Review and understand customer bid packages and requests for proposal (RFPs) as part of solution development, and overall response to customer.
Develop the pricing and present formal business case analysis to management team outlining and evaluating Lexmark?s return on investments.
Consult, advise and/or lead customer focus team in development of Enterprise Solutions.?? Must be capable of identifying and quantifying economic and operational exposure and opportunities within the scope of solution being offered to Lexmark customers.
Ensure the cross functional team is working properly and all stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Contracts, etc.) have visibility into the opportunity? and are informed.?????
Actively participate in qualified Sales meetings and presentations.?
Participate in CFT meetings and weekly sales meetings, where appropriate.
Provide expertise related to the overall deal dynamics related to price, profit, risk and scope components.??????
Education & Experience Requirements:?????????
-Education = BS/BA in Finance or Business discipline, MBA preferred?????
-Experience = 8+ years in either commercial or public sector roles (Federal) having a combination of responsibilities in Finance, Sales, Program Mgt. and/or Business Development Capacity.??
-Requires excellent written, presentation, verbal and PC skills using Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
-Requires excellent negotiation skills with validation of experience in multi-year contractual sales and contract development.??
