Business Internal Auditor

This position is responsible for developing and implementing an internal audit system of operations, data, and reports to verify compliance with company standards, policies and procedures. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Develop audit plans and schedules for the internal auditing of operations, projects and the quality system • Execute detailed audit procedures, including reviewing transactions, records, reports, policies and procedures for accuracy • Compile audit findings and make recommendations for improvements to systems and procedures • Analyze data obtained for evidence of deficiencies in controls or lack of compliance to policies and procedures • Prepare reports which record and summarize audit results and procedures performed

Qualifications :
Education or Equivalent: (Minimum required to perform job) • College degree or equivalent • 1-2 years auditing experience Skills Requirements: (List unique competency skills) • Knowledge of basic audit standards, procedures and techniques required to effectively perform audits • Ability to obtain and analyze information, identify problems and formulate solutions • Detail oriented and able to document work performed • Ability to deal effectively with all personnel • Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical skills • Proficiency in MS-Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
