Business Operations Administrator, Mid

Key Role: Perform a combination of task administrator and contract oversight for a client contract. Provide task life-cycle management, including development and submission of monthly status reports, contract modification tracking, budget maintenance and financial analyses, deliverables tracking, facilitation of invoices and subcontract invoices for submission and payment. Facilitate pricing and proposal development for new and existing tasks.



Functional/Industry Knowledge:

-3+ years of experience with government contract financial management, including proposals, pricing, and budgets 

-Experience with a consulting firm preferred

-Experience with performing detailed research and financial analysis

-Experience with resolving contract and receivables issues

-Experience with cross-team collaboration, leading teams, and managing staff

-Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

 

Education/Certifications or equivalent required:

BA or BS degree in a related field required
