Business Services Analyst

Summary: Support Business Services Group (BSG) in the areas of accounting, analysis and reporting for the Retail Copy Center as well as Custom Print & Stamp programs.
Perform various monthly close activities (i.e. reviewing G/L account detail, journal entry preparation, balance sheet reconciliations, etc.) as they relate to Copy & Print Center programs; calculate and monitor all balance sheet cushions and risks for assigned accounts.
Primary responsibility for all copy center lease & service (L&S) accrual activity including: booking of monthly accruals, reconciliation of L&S database and the reclass of flat service activity from monthly payments. Work closely with Business Services group to monitor all L&S activity and to resolve any variances with both accruals and payments as well other database discrepancies.
Maintain monthly service click payment database by machine type; work with BSG to follow-up on questionable payments and charges.
Monitor G/L account activity for Custom Print & Stamp programs. Work with program owners and accounts payable to ensure proper billing related to custom print & stamp programs.
Provide monthly reporting & accounting support for the Office equipment recycling program.
Produce & distribute various monthly & weekly reports including: average order & exception reporting. Prepare weekly / monthly standard and ad-hoc analyses & reports for the Business Services group.
Assist with annual budget process.
Serve as primary contact for Copy & Print Center store support.

Requirements:


Bachelor?s Degree in Finance or Accounting
3-5 Years Accounting or Finance experience
Solid Organizational Skills
Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Ability to work within tight deadlines and balance workload effectively
Computer proficiency needed with Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase & Brio
