We are in search of a Director of Income Tax and Special Projects.
Salary Range: mid $100,000s
This high level role will be responsible for the preparation of the domestic quarterly and yearly tax provision, as well as serving as the head of special projects.
Qualified candidates will have:
" BS degree
" 8+ years of experience
" Public accounting experience and CPA preferred
" Extensive knowledge in both FAS 109 and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
" Proven leadership ability

We are in search of a Senior Tax Analyst.
Salary Range: $60Ks to $70Ks
This role will be responsible for the preparation of all federal, state, local income tax returns, as well as assisting in the preparation of quarterly and yearly tax provisions.
Qualified candidates will have:
" BS degree
" 6+ years of experience
" Public accounting experience and CPA preferred
" Strong analytical and communication skills
