CASH MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities of this position include:

- Reconciling daily cash and bank card deposits for 300+ stores.

- Sorting and filing stores? weekly cash receipts.

- Approving daily store cash activity through the HighTouch Software system.

- Communicating with operations and banks regarding bank account changes, closings and discrepancies.

- Additional duties as assigned.

 

This position requires an individual to be detail oriented, highly organized, possess the ability to develop an effective working relationship with the company?s operations? staff, and provide the tools to support the company?s business, both by working independently and as part of a team.

 

The minimum qualifications to be considered for this highly visible position within a successful, growth-oriented environment include:

 

-   Bachelor's degree (business or finance related) or one to two years? related experience and/or training.

- Intermediate level of knowledge of Excel and database software.

-   Experience with heavy volume.

-   Strong communication skills.

-   Strong organization skills.

-   Strong multi-tasking skills.
