CFO- Computer Systems Integrator

 Experience

a. Demonstrated success with directly managing a P&L of an organization of at least $30 to $60 million in annual revenue and 75 to 150 employees

b. History of managing multiple divisions in multiple locations

c. Technology reseller experience a plus

d. Fifteen years of accounting experience with demonstrated leadership ability to manage accounting systems and operations. 5 of those years at a senior management level

e. Experience instituting controls, a control environment, and developing written procedures.

f. Should possess experience in establishing business intelligence/reporting systems such as customer/product profitability reports and have a measurable history of reducing costs.

g. Ideally, will have participated in economic analysis and due diligence for acquisitions, feasibility studies for new business strategies, budgeting and capital markets

 

2. Requirements

a. Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting or Finance from a 4 year institution, CPA or MBA or Master in Accounting.

 

b. Proven leadership and team work skills

d. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

e. Demonstrated ability with spreadsheet and database packages.

f. Must be detailed and organized, have strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities and be flexible and able to multi-task.

g. Strong knowledge of current accounting practices, accounting controls and financial reporting standards, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, income taxes, and purchasing.

 

3. Job Description

a. Overall responsibility for financial and accounting aspects of the organization

 b. Responsible for all budgeting and forecasting for the organization

c. Responsible for developing regular reporting and metrics for management

d. Represent the company to financial institutions, key suppliers and vendors

e. Review the current financial software package and processes and recommend changes and/or improvements for future growth.

f. Quickly understand the Company's cost structure and the competitive pressures in the areas of cost, quality and delivery.

g. Develop/mentor accounting staff members and recruit finance executives to further strengthen the Company's structure/foundation.

h. Implement and refine risk management and cash management programs.

i. Review and update employee tax and retirement records in accordance with prevailing tax codes and legislative mandates.
