Since 1979, Terra West has been Southern Nevada?s undisputed leader in community association and real property management.  We currently provide the highest quality service to more than 170 Homeowner Associations (with 55,000+ homes), as well as over 1,000 single family rental properties.

 

We are seeking a talented, hands-on professional to lead our 25+ person accounting staff, and assume responsibility for accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, payroll, and corporate accounting.  As a member of our Executive Committee, the individual we select will be directly involved with managing expansion, while maintaining the profitability, of our rapidly growing organization.

Qualifications:Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, MBA preferred, with a CPAStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience with developing budgets, controlling expenses, drafting annual plans, preparing financial statements, as well as managing and forecasting cash flowAbility to work closely with our IT department in the companywide implementation of new accounting softwareAbility to identify, and assist with the development of, new sources of revenue
