Our client, a real estate development firm located in the Baltimore Metro area, seeks to add a very polished, well-rounded financial executive to their organization as their CFO.? This professional will be responsible for financing, relationships, and overall oversight of a major real estate project that will take place over the next 5-10 years.? This professional also will have oversight for a finance staff and be very hands on (work with Controller etc.)?as the organization is growing at?a very fast pace.? Qualified candidates will have the following :

?
BS degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field
Extensive experience in real estate finance is highly preferred
MBA is highly preferred
CPA is a plus
8 to 10 years of financial business management experience
Extensive experience with accounting, finance, budgeting, and strategic planning
