CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER ? GAMING MANUFACTURING

Primary responsibility: Plan, direct, and control all production and related support functions to provide timely at the lowest costs consistent with the quality definitions provided by the company.

 

Directs the development and enhancement of profitability analysis.  This includes the enhancement of existing profitability tools as well as developing both front-end and back-end profitability analysis by customer in order to provide management with information to make effective business decisions.

 

 Directs in the coordination and administering of adequate plans for the control of operations. Such as profit planning, sales forecasts, expense budgets, accounts receivable, cost standards, and saving opportunities, and capital investing together with the necessary controls and procedures to effectuate the plans.

 

Develop, for approval, and implement plans, policies and procedures for all facilities relating to production, engineering, purchasing, maintenance, transportation and related services in such a way as to ensure that overall profit, growth and return on investment goals are achieved.

 

Achieve optimum profitability for the budget year and in the long-term by efficient management, review, and control of all assigned resources:  human, technical, material and financial.

 

Provide effective engineering services to maintain and improve facilities, in general, to ensure smooth operation.



 

Provide leadership in establishing and evaluating sales and earnings forecasts, annual operating budgets, 4 month rolling projections, and capital budgets.

 

Directs the Controller on the proper tracking and control of company assets as well as providing leadership in all facets of internal control (i.e. segregation of duties, systems access, etc.)

 

Guides the Controller on all new product development costing work This includes generating product costing models for new styles and SKUs, evaluating make-vs-buy opportunities and the reviewing and approving of costing projects.

 

Salary/Pay Rate: UP TO 150k plus Bonus
