COLLECTOR
We have two collector positions available in our collections department.
Candidates should possess 2 + years recent experience in commercial collections in a high volume environment; experience in the Health Care industry is a plus. Ideal candidate should be detail oriented and possess excellent communication, customer service and organization skills. A strong and working knowledge of Excel and Windows is preferred.
The collector will review, contact and follow-up on a high volume of customers daily via telephone, email and fax to resolve delinquency and identify causal factors with internal and external customers in order to secure and minimize the risk of uncollectible debt.
Research may be required to validate disputed issues, obtain proof of delivery, and provide basic financial customer service.
