Objective:
The Construction Superintendent (Field Manager) manages all aspects of the assigned home building processes according to Centex Homes' quality standards and local building codes while adhering to budgets, maintaining the construction schedule, and providing the level of service required to achieve the established customer satisfaction goals.

Schedules all construction activity in accordance with the established critical path and cycle time requirements. Ensures that all homes are 100% complete on or before the established Pre-Occupancy Orientation date.

Manages contractors by reviewing all applicable job-specific information with the trades prior to the commencement of work and providing feedback as necessary.

Properly manages the location and appearance of all job site equipment, restrooms, and materials to ensure they do not interfere with marketing efforts and occupied homes while enforcing all safety regulations.

Represents the Company in a courteous and professional manner when interacting with homebuyers and responding to customer contact within established time frames and document all communication in the homeowner file.

Controlling construction costs by monitoring job sites to identify and correct inefficiencies and waste and approving invoices to ensure timely and appropriate payment of contractors.

Maintain a high level of ethics and integrity in all dealings. Maintain a personal time management system to facilitate organization and efficiency. Demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills
