CONTROLLER / DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

We are currently seeking a professional with previous managerial experience for the following role:

CONTROLLER / DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Trevose, PA

Responsibilities:
Perform month-end close responsibilities.
Produces financial reports & monitors company financial position.
Budget and Forecast preparation, analysis and reporting.
Establish and recommend strategies, objectives and accounting policies to management.
Assist in assuring compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the accounting unit.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
5+ years of accounting and business experience (Public Accounting experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and practices.
Previous successful experience working closely with other departments.
Strong decision making abilities.
Ability to influence rather than just report financial results.
Strong Excel and PC-based accounting system software skills.
