CONTROLLER - MANUFACTURING (Solon, Ohio)

Pressco Technology Inc. engineers and manufactures high-speed intelligent vision inspection systems for the global food, beverage, and container industry and we are searching for a hands-on Controller who will direct the work of several accounting professionals and be an integral part of our leadership team at our headquarters in Solon, Ohio. We are executing our strategic plan and need an experienced Controller to help us succeed.

Experience and qualifications include, but are not limited to, 5+ years of experience functioning as a Controller in a manufacturing environment with progressively responsible positions. Our Controller will need to have a high energy level, be organized with a keen ability to multi-task, and be results oriented. This position provides back-up support to our System Administrator, so strong IT skills are also required.

A Bachelors degree in accounting or equivalent degree is expected. Candidates with CPA or CMA designations are preferred. If you have demonstrated experience in all of the traditional Controller responsibilities in a manufacturing environment, can develop custom reporting from a mid range ERP system and have an ability to prepare meaningful financial reports, you will be seriously considered for an interview.

Candidates must be able to manage the day to day functions of our accounting department, develop and implement accounting policies and procedures and provide the enthusiasm and leadership that inspires others to excel in their work.
