An outstanding company located in St. Louis, MO is in search of a staff accountant to join their fast paced accounting department. This individual will be given the opportunity to grow professionally. The ideal person will possess 1 to 2 years of experience in corporate or public accounting. The organization is looking for someone who is dedicated to the overall success of the company and their career. The advancement opportunities are available!! This individual will have full cycle accounting responsibilities. They must have strong analytical and presentation skills. They must possess a 4 year degree. The person will be performing general accounting which would include financial statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger review and preparation. The person will be a vital part of the finance team.

Position requirements include:

? 1 to 2 + years of accounting experience

? Must have B.S. Accounting

? Seasoned analytical skills

? A/P

? A/R

? Bank reconciliations

? Month end closing functions

? Financial Statement Preparation

? Account analysis and general ledger balancing

? Strong computer skills

? Excellent communications skills within all levels of the organization

? Corporate consolidations and public reporting experience

? Professional presentation and attitude
