Excellent opportunity to join one of Denver?s growing companies in a management level position!

 

The selected candidate will possess a CPA and 6-10 years of tax experience. A Masters in Tax or LLM preferred but not required. This is an ideal position for a tax manager or experienced senior tax at one of the Big 4 firms that desires to transition to a corporate tax capacity. The company will also consider someone with 6-10 experience as a tax manager at publicly traded company. This position interacts with the executive team, provides guidance to top management and supervises the tax staff. The selected candidate will have federal and multi-state corporate tax experience, federal and state income tax planning experience, and familiarity with FAS 109 and GAAP income tax accounting rules. Individual must also have excellent leadership, communication and computer skills.
