As a member of our team your key responsibilities include:

 Provide professional customer service to our clients Excellent client interaction is a must Assist in providing timely and accurate compiled financial statements to our clients Prepare in-depth analysis to assist the business owner in decision making Provide ongoing tax functions for clients including the preparation of monthly sales tax and quarterly payroll reports Support and train clients on Quickbooks and other accounting systems Opportunity to prepare tax returns for business entities and individuals Reconcile general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information Maintain general ledger accounts

 

Qualifications

 Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.  Past experience in a CPA firm environment is a plus, while experience as a CPA is a major plus Tax experience is preferred Experience with Quickbooks and Creative Solutions software is a plus Hard working, self-motivating team player who is attentive to details Strong technical skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients Strong desire to learn and to keep up with relevant developments and changes in the industry Need to be goal and deadline oriented in a fast paced environment
