CPA- Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:
Preparing initial drafts for quarterly (10-Q) and annual (10-K) SEC filings;
Reviewing and revising applying Kodak Internal accounting policies and procedures (Controllers Authorized Procedures);
Reviewing and commenting on proposed FASB and SEC accounting and reporting standards;
Research complex accounting issues and recommending accounting treatments in response to questions raised by business, functional and regional units;
Implementing new accounting standards including the design of appropriate control procedures.

 

Experience Required:

5-7 years strong technical accounting background
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
Ability to disaggregate complex issues into relevant component parts
CPA certification preferred.
Management experience and/or demonstrated leadership skills preferred.
