CREDIT & COLLECTION REPRESENTATIVE

Guest Supply, a leading distributor of amenities and supplies to the lodging industry, seeks an experienced  Credit & Collection Representative to join our team at headquarters in Monmouth Junction.

Primary responsibilities include:  review customer orders on credit hold for release; manage established customer accounts  and contact past due customers; determine credit worthiness of customer accounts; work with sales and customer service associates regarding receivable issues; perform account reconciliations as required.


 

You will be considered a qualified candidate if you have a proven track record (3+ years) in commercial credit & collections,  excellent communication skills, a team oriented mentality and a working knowledge of automated collection systems.  Microsoft Office required, PeopleSoft preferred.
