Capital Expenditures (CapEx) is a leading client service group under ProvenSolutions, which is one of National Federal Solutions' premier service lines.? CapEx targets large corporations who have historically incurred significant capital expenditures with an objective of identifying substantial recurring tax savings opportunities.? Our team works with companies all over the United States including several on the Fortune 500 list.? Our CapEx teams are led by ProvenSolutions partners and senior managers with extensive tax, accounting, and legal backgrounds with significant client service experience in CapEx delivery.?

Managers are responsible?for using their accounting, tax or law knowledge to identify opportunities that secure such tax incentives for our clients.? Participate in client meetings with Tax
Partners and the respective tax engagement teams and assist in presenting our services to clients.? Research and develop the necessary materials for the client meeting.? Partake in the strategic planning initiatives of the engagements.? Extensive travel is?required.?

Responsibilities Include:
- Use your Accounting, Tax or Las knowledge to identify opportunities that secure tax incentives for our clients.
- Participate in client meetings with the respective tax engagement teams
- Assist in presenting our services to clients
- Research and develop the necessary materials for the client meeting
- Partake in the strategic planning initiatives of the engagements

Qualified Candidates Will Have:
- Must have Federal tax or experience with fixed assets reviews or depreciation studies.
- Must have "Exceeds Expectations" performer on last performance review
- Must be able to travel regionally
- Excellent writing and communication
skills, professional demeanor, motivation, highly disciplined individuals
