Key Accountabilities: Track Principal capital requests from initial earmark phase through end of year. Follow-up on requests as they are submitted, assist requesters in completion of forms. Review submissions for accuracy. Formulation and review of incremental sales projections, costs, contracts and forms. Issue approved co-op agreements and prepare capital expense requests. Preparation, coordination, and follow-up of monthly capital process issues and schedule related meetings. Conduct capital training classes. Coordinate departmental correspondence/compliance/policies. Write letters and memos as requested by director, or as needed in response to vendor issues. Manage fixture depreciation. Budget reconciliation and vendor receivable analysis. Project log tracking; meticulous application for precise updates. Update Store Profiles with current data, and place on public drive. Use Frontpage software to update and maintain dept Intranet website. Develop and maintain departmental database. Manage and track Private Label fixturing and Vice Chairman's rearrangement account. Monthly capital and expense budget analysis Negotiate Visual Contracts, including: Landscape. Music systems, etc. Coordinate Reverse Auctions Operational responsibilities for Divisional Offices ie computer, equipment, furniture, phone, etc. Owner for various closeout processes with Expense and Capital jobs. Special Projects as Assigned.

Skills Summary: Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills, Lotus Notes, FrontPage, PowerPoint & Access. Exceptional analytical skills Data entry (60 WPM) Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail Strong verbal communication and writing skills Excellent follow-through Highly organized Ability to work independently and take independent action Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
