Cash Analyst

Responsible for the daily cash management function to ensure that the process is properly completed on a daily basis.? Develop and provide management of daily cash report outlining the current position of the company in relation to excess cash and borrowing position of the company.? Initiate funds transfers to appropriate bank accounts when necessary.? Provide various reporting to management and banks.? Pro-actively address business issues and identify areas of improvement within the cash management area to ensure that necessary controls are properly maintained.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Reconcile and balance all cash accounts daily through access of on-line bank information.
?Prepare a daily cash summary sheet outlining the current position of cash and borrowings.
?Perform analysis and forecast of bank account balances and borrowing needs and initiate transfers where appropriate.
?Prepare and submit various reports required by banks on a daily and monthly basis.
?Prepare and send daily Volume Report to key management.
?Reconcile Reserve accounts monthly.? Research and resolve outstanding issues pertaining to Reserves.
?Prepare Vendor Invoice Analysis monthly.
?Obtain supporting documentation for MC, Visa, and bank charges to provide to General Accounting.
?Assist in development and reconciliation of Debit Card activity.
?Other Duties as assigned?
OTHER DUTIES? /JOB responsibilities:
Cross train in Settlement area to assist in account reconciliation and research.
?JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
?4 year Accounting/Business degree
?Excellent PC navigation skills
?MS Excel - Intermediate to Advanced skills
?MS Access ? preferred but not required
?Bankcard or Banking experience preferred
?Strong organizational skills
?Willingness to learn
?Accurate entry of financial items
?Exceptional attention to detail
