Home D?cor Innovations is a manufacturer of closet doors, wall d?cor, closet organizers, and hardware. Home D?cor, a former division of The Stanley Works, has approximately 550 employees and manufactures products in several countries including France, UK, United States and Canada. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Cash Application Associate. This position will be based out of our headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina and will report to the Accounts Receivable Manager.
Duties/Responsibilities:Researches and applies customer payments to accounts receivableResponsible for coding, posting and reconciling information on spreadsheetsProcesses customer credit card paymentsReceives daily electronic payment file from lock box/EDI/wire
? Assists collectors in providing proof of delivery
Requirements:Two years in A/R and/or customer serviceExcellent computer skills; MS Office experience required; BPCS experience preferredAble to work independently with a good work ethicDetailed orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh School diploma or GED required; Associates degree in business or related discipline preferred
