USG Corporation's subsidiary, L&W Supply Corporation, has an immediate opening for a Center Accountant located in Burnsville, MN yard. The Center Accountant position will be responsible for the following:Handle day to day accounting and administrative functions for multiple L&W locations. Handle monthly closeout activities. Prepare and analyze financial information. Utilize computer technology to improve the flow of information. Work on assigned special projects. Prepare and process hourly payroll (including hiring and termination paperwork). Inventory count preparation and reconciliation.
Qualified candidates must have the following:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. One to three years of accounting experience preferred. Strong computer skills. Strong analytical skills. Attention to detail.
