Adecco Technical is currently recruiting a Chargeback Assistant

Basic Function: The Chargeback Assistant?s main role in the department is to assist and support Chargeback Coordinators and management with administrative functions. They are responsible for data entry of vendor chargeback transactional entries, running debit memo reports, copying and mailing chargeback information, and filing /archiving documents.

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Data Entry % of time:
A. Data entry of vendor credits, debits, or check entries 20%
into Chargeback System
2. Copying / Mailing
A. Copying billback / resubmission documentation 15%
B. Mailing billback / resubmission documentation 15%
C. Weekly hardcopy mailing 5%

3. Filing / Archiving
A. Filing closed billback / resubmission documents 10%
B. Archiving closed documents 5%

4. Miscellaneous Tasks
A. Reconciliation of check entries against wire / check remittance 5%
B. Sorting of daily analyst mail 5%
C. Sending chargeback information to divisions 5%
D. Chargeback debit memo report (DCR) running 15%



III. Position Requirements:

Education or Equivalent:
High School Diploma

Experience or Equivalent:
Minimum 1-2 years clerical experience required

Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
Previous data entry / 10 key by touch, copying, filing. Proficient with PC, windows applications, good organizational and interpersonal skills.
