General Description:

Duties, responsibilities and skill set required.Financial/Business Analysis TechniquesCoordinates capital and operating expenditures and fiscal systems. Making critical decisions about purchasing hardware, software, office furniture.Create and distribute monthly corporate reports as requested by key accounts.Ability to develop financial models and plans and manage resources.Ability to negotiate and manage contractual arrangements.Coordinates the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports; presents recommendations for programmatic and fiscal changes.Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and/or projections.Knowledge of software to quantify and illustrate complex financial reports, comparisons, impacts, and/or projections.Develops and manages annual budgets for the organization and performs periodic cost and productivity analyses.Project ManagementKnowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.Ability to develop and implement creative cost-cutting plans, programs, and initiatives.Interpersonal SkillsAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.Public Administration / Compliance Represent 360 to various institutional divisions as well as externally to the media, governmental agencies, prospective funding agencies and individuals, prospective vendors, and/or a range of constituencies within the community at large.

 

Work experience / requirements:

7-10 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

 

 

Education Requirements

?  CPA with MBA degree required or graduate degree in Human Resources, or related field
